Here’s how you’ll set yourself apart and move forward with purpose:

1. Reframe Your Story

- Change 'I’m starting over' to 'I’m starting from experience.'

- List 3 challenges you’ve overcome in the past to remind yourself of your resilience.

2. Reclaim Small Wins

- Update one section of your résumé or LinkedIn profile.

- Take one free online course to refresh a skill.

- Reach out to one former colleague or connection..

3. Reconnect with Purpose

- Volunteer or mentor someone younger in your field.

- Journal: “What do I want more of in this next chapter?”

4. Rebuild Daily Structure

- Set a morning routine that includes movement, reflection, and one action step.

- Track progress weekly—every tiny step counts.

5. Reaffirm Your Value

- Write down 5 strengths you still use every day.

- Replace negative self-talk with affirmations like:
  'I bring insight, resilience, and perspective.'
